"Pretty dependable shipping overall"
I ordered a shirt from Rooster Teeth, my brain just kind of uses a simple checklist for shipping: did I get tracking fast, and did it show up when they said it would? In this case, yes to both. The tracking email came through quickly, and the package arrived right around the expected date.
The box looked a little rough when it got here, which made me pause for a second, but the shirt inside was totally fine. It wasn’t lightning-fast shipping or anything, but based on my usual “no drama = good enough” rule, I’d say it was reliable and worth about 4 stars.

"Still mostly lives up to what I expect from them"
I’ve been following Rooster Teeth for years, so I guess I still hold them to a familiar standard. Compared to a lot of online media brands, they feel more trustworthy to me, mostly because they’ve been around so long. The site is easy enough to use, and while things haven’t felt perfect lately, it still more or less matches what I expect from a name I’ve trusted for this long...

"Worth it when I need something easy to watch"
I’ve been happy with the subscription overall. I mostly signed up for a few Rooster Teeth shows, after long days when I’m feeling mentally drained, it’s nice to have something familiar and easy to put on. Not every show is my thing, but there’s enough I enjoy that it feels worth the money, especially if you watch regularly. The app is simple to use too, so I don’t really have any major complaints.

"Still fun when I need something to watch"
I mean, I still have a good time with it most of the time. I like a lot of the shows and random clips, especially when I’m just bored and don’t really know what else to put on. Some of the stuff isn’t really my thing anymore, but that happens. Overall, yeah, it’s still solid entertainment.

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from roosterteeth.com i’m impressed. Both are comfortable, and after a wash, the print still looks good with no cracking. Shipping was smooth too. No complaints from me, I’d definitely buy from them again

"Return went smoothly"
I had to send back a shirt because the sizing was kind of off. The return form was easy enough to fill out, and I got the refund a few days later. Not super fast or anything, but it wasn’t a hassle. I emailed support too, and they actually got back to me, so that was good. Overall, decent experience... I just wish the return updates came through a little quicker.

"Easy enough to use, but the app could be better"
I mostly use Rooster Teeth when I want to watch videos or see what’s new. The site is straightforward, and most of the time I can find the episode I’m looking for without digging around too much.
The app is decent, but it does feel a little sluggish here and there. It’s logged me out a couple times too, which is annoying when I’m just trying to watch something real quick and it gets in the way.
Overall, it works fine for me. It’s not perfect, but it’s simple enough and still better than a lot of other video apps I’ve used

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order and wasn’t expecting much but support got back to me fast and they actually answered my question without sending me in circles or making me explain the whole thing again.
It ended up getting sorted out way quicker than I thought it would and it was just nice dealing with someone who clearly read my message and knew what was going on, so yeah 5 stars from me.

"Billing was straightforward, canceling took a little digging"
At a glance, I’d say the billing side was totally fine. I had the monthly subscription for a while, the charges hit when I expected them to, and the email receipts showed up like they were supposed to. No weird surprises, which is all I really wanted there.
Canceling was where I made a quick judgment that it was going to be annoying, because the option wasn’t immediately obvious. I had to poke around for a minute, but once I found it, the cancellation went through and the billing stopped. So overall, not bad, just not as instantly simple as I hoped.

"Still such a welcoming community"
I’ve really noticed how friendly this community still feels. People don’t just pass by quietly, they actually say hi, ask how you’re doing, and seem to mean it. Little things like that make it feel genuinely welcoming.
